The rinser does an excellent job of rinsing; however, making the initial connection (and re-connection, when needed) is no simple task. The threading seems a bit off, and because this is plastic it is not a fully secure connection. Sometimes water leaks out, no matter how much plumber's tape we use. Also, because it's plastic, there is a high risk that you're going to end up cross-threading it at some point. There is no obvious way to change the hose or connection as it's integrated with the entire unit.This is a great unit, my only problem with it, is that the hose dis attaches and cannot be reattached, so you need to buy a new unit. We have purchased 3, so far.Had to install a new hose line but it works great.I went to 5 different stores to buy an adapter to connect hose to faucet, never was able to find an adapter and could never use it. Most reviews say that it is cheap plastic design and breaks in a day, those statements are very believable!! Its going back ASAPEasy to install, works well in the commercial restaurant industry. Great price with this durable product.The product does a pretty good. The pressure helps me save a lot of time an effort. Would buy it againHose broke off after about 2 months. Part is back ordered and has been for about 3 months. We went back to our old Vitamix Rinse-o-Matic which isn’t the best because it gets chewed up by blades but at least the hose is stronger.?Machine acted weirdly after 7days. Never stop spraying. We had to manually shut down the water line to stop it. Spend 2hrs plumbing work for some bad product. Not event sure what I should talk to manufacturer. It's a brand new machine.Recommend this product to any coffee, bubble tea store. Easy to use, reasonable price.Should installed the shut off valve, so we can off the water after use.? good
