Battery size is inaccurate, it comes with the 37.75wh base, not the 75.5wh base as advertised. Everything else seems to be ok. I will update review if the correct this issue.Worth the money just wish it came with the 110v base also but other wise im loven itUnfortunately it doesn’t hold a charge very long. At most one hr...maybe hour and a half ,then it must be charged again and again....not worth the money.I really wannted this to be a product I could use as gifts for family because the premise is so appealing. In reality though it is a failure. My first Cauldryn's battery stopped working after a couple months. I thought maybe it was a fluke and got a new battery and that didn't last either. Overall I would have to recommend just buying a good thermos. Sorry to say this but facts are facts.Bought the original version (I think) prior to the new insulated/vacuum sealed version. the base unit went bad - but the company replace it no issue. the paint all pealed off in the dish washer but no issues as look good still. Now the top came unglued so, have support request in. Overall this smart mug is great, works well and support has been wonderful. I will probably buy the newer version as have insulation improvement would be great. Have a base unit in the office to set the mug in and use the battery unit at home and in the car. Trick is, you need to shake it up every once in a while as bottom liquid gets to temperature but top does not. Maybe the insulated version is better? Again works well and great support - thanksI actually didn't have high hopes. Bit of a pessimist if I'm honest. But I'm pleasantly surprised. The blending function worked well. Added frozen fruit and water and followed the instructions and it worked well. Boiled water well. Ordered an extra battery and the percolator and I'm all set. So far so good. We'll see in a couple weeks.
